KARAOKE – sign up now!

Conferences are a great time to network and make professional connections. They are also a great time to make new friends and connect with old ones. This year, as part of the diversity and inclusion program, ASE is hosting a karaoke night where you can come sing and socialize with your fellow conference goers!

Karaoke is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13 after the conference banquet. Buses leave towards the end of the conference banquet, at 9:00 pm sharp. To help us plan the Karaoke, please sign up now.

A few things to note: This event is 21+ only; food and drinks are on your own tab; transportation is provided to the event, however, you are responsible for arranging your own ride back to your lodging.

By ride-share: The easiest and least expensive way to get to the hotel is using ride-share (typical charge $12-$15). Uber and Lyft pickup at the airport. Follow the instructions in the apps.

  • In Terminal 1, exit baggage claim via the escalators, walk across the Sky Bridge toward Ground Transportation and the parking lot, exit down the escalators toward the parking lot, and turn right to the Transportation Plaza. Use crosswalk to the third lane for pick-up area.
  • In Terminal 2, upon exiting baggage claim, use main crosswalk to Transportation Plaza. Ridesharing pick-up is located in the second lane on the right.
