What should be the size of posters?
The supported poster size is up to 24 x 36 inch. Portrait format.
ASE will provide easels, a foam board, and materials to mount your poster.
When should I setup/take down the poster?
(Note that this information is subject to change, please check back the day before the conference.)
Please setup and take down your poster on the day of your poster session. The poster sessions will be in Kensington Ballroom (see the poster schedule.
Tool Demonstrations.
The poster sessions are in the morning of each conference day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) during the coffee break from 10:00 to 10:40. Please check the poster schedule for your time slot. Note that tool demos also have a talk in addition to the poster.
- Setup the poster before the first morning session (8:00-8:30).
- Take down the poster at the end of the morning sessions, at the beginning of the lunch (12:20-13:00).
- There will cocktail tables next to your poser that you can use for a laptop to demo your tool.
- There will be no power.
Student Research Competition (SRC).
The poster session is on Tuesday afternoon from 13:40-15:20 (for the SRC judges) and from 15:20-16:00 (for ASE attendees, during the coffee break).
- Setup the poster at the end of the lunch break (13:00-13:40).
- Take down the poster at the end of the afternoon sessions (17:00-17:40).
Late Breaking Results.
The poster session is on Wednesday afternoon during the coffee break from 15:20-16:00.

Where can I print posters in San Diego?
There are FedEx Office Print & Ship Center and Staples, Camino de la Reina Park a short ride from the conference venue. Please confirm directly with these shops if they can print your poster.
